Roger Edward Vathamoney is an experienced educator with over 30 years of service in the Malaysian education sector. He served as a primary school teacher in Marang, Terengganu for 7 years, followed by 9 years as a Form 6 teacher at SMK Permatang Rawa. He then served as a School Improvement Specialist Coach Plus (SISC+) Officer at the Seberang Perai Tengah District Education Office (PPD Seberang Perai Tengah) for 10 years. During this time, he worked closely with school leaders and teachers to enhance instructional practices, strengthen pedagogical approaches, and improve student learning outcomes through coaching and mentoring. Since 2024, he has continued his role as a SISC+ Officer at PPD Seberang Perai Tengah, supporting teachers through instructional coaching and professional development to improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes. |
