Bookshop Assistant (Full-Time)

Delivering outstanding services each and every time to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • All aspects of sale, stock maintenance and day to day retail duties
  • Service orientated with a pleasant personality
  • To handle ad hoc matters as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum a Diploma in any field / Candidates must possess at least SPM level
  • Proficient in English
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office Application)
  • Must be Malaysian citizens 
  • Full-Time position 
  • Applicants must be willing to work at the location below:-
    • Setia Eco Park, Shah Alam (1 vacancy). Working hours: 9.00 am - 4 pm (5 days work). Send your resume to: Retail Assistant (SEP)

Sales Executive (Full-Time)

  1. Car maintenance and handphone provided
  2. Minimum 2 years experience

Responsibilities:
  • To expand current portfolio and develop new markets
  • To plan, execute and achieve sales strategies
  • To work closely with Sales and Marketing team to identify, potential leads by various communications tools and networking
  • To service bookshops to ensure continued account sales and growth

Qualifications:
  • A Degree / Diploma preferably in a business or marketing related discipline
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Superb planning and organizational skill in a fast paced environment
  • Possess own transport
  • Willing to travel
  • Must be Malaysian citizens
  • Full-Time position

Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming telephone calls, all quotation, issue sales order/invoice, purchase order, check stock, email, and any duties as required by the management 
  • Resolve customer service enquiries and issue promptly, ensure effective & timely follow up & delivery function.
  • Ensure details entered in the system is correct and accurate at all times.
  • Required skill (s)

Qualifications
:
  • Minimum a Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, Computer Literal (Microsoft Office Application)
  • Good organizational skills in a fast paced environment
  • To work independently as well as in a team
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Must be Malaysian citizens 
  • Full-Time position
  • Applicants must be willing to work overtime during company peak season and fast paced environment.
