The One Talk @ PABF 2026

The Penang ASEAN Book Fair 2026 is proud to introduce The One Talk @ Penang ASEAN Book Fair 2026, an inaugural international education forum that brings together distinguished educators, policymakers, librarians, authors, school leaders, students and international education experts to explore the future of education in the age of artificial intelligence. 

Organised by the Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Pulau Pinang (PPAPP) in collaboration with University Book Store Malaysia (UBSM) and the Persatuan Pendidikan Malaysia (PERPEMA) / Malaysian Association for Education (MAE), The One Talk represents a significant new milestone for the Penang ASEAN Book Fair. For the first time, the fair will host an international thought leadership programme dedicated to advancing conversations on education, literacy, creativity, innovation and lifelong learning. 

Held over three days from 3 to 5 July 2026 at the Main Stage, Penang Waterfront Convention Centre (PWCC), the forum aims to create a platform where ideas are shared, partnerships are forged and innovative educational practices are celebrated.
