Ms. Aniza Kamarulzaman, Director of the Educational Resources and Technology Division at the Ministry of Education Malaysia, integrates technology into education, enhancing learning for the digital age. She leads various digital initiatives, contributes to technology policies, and collaborates with global organizations to adopt best practices. Under her leadership, the Ministry has successfully launched nationwide digital programs and training for educators. Her work emphasizes a balance between academic excellence and holistic student development, shaping the future of Malaysia’s educational landscape. With more than three decades of service, Ms. Aniza has held leadership roles in policymaking and strategic planning within the Ministry. Her career reflects dedication to innovation, inclusivity, and capacity-building for educators nationwide. She represents Malaysia at UNESCO, OECD, APEC, UNICEF and other international platforms. Furthermore, she collaborates with global technology partners and educational institutions to bring best practices into the Malaysian education system. Moreover, she also contributes to digital innovation projects and policy development while strengthening ICT integration in teaching and learning across schools. Her vision is to drive digital transformation in Malaysian education, ensuring that students and educators are equipped with the skills, resources, and innovative practices needed to thrive in the digital age, while upholding holistic student development. |
