DELAYED DELIVERIES OF ITEMS PURCHASED
Cambridge University Press has advised that they are currently dealing with some technical issues impacting the publishing side of their operation and some associated logistics. This may lead to a delay in receiving your order of Cambridge resources purchased. Digital access to resources purchased will be provided to students for purchases made, and the physical books will be supplied once they are available. Affected books are tagged as "Item β" in the booklists.  Partial stocks may be available for some of these titles, and these will be supplied on a first-come-first-served basis.

PURCHASES: DELIVERY
1.  Courier services will be used, and will incur charges. The courier will not deliver to  P.O. box addresses. Deliveries will only be made to an address in Malaysia.
2.  We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3.  Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered or if the delivery address is subsequently changed for any reasons by the buyer will be subject to additional charges for re-shipping.
4.  The security office of certain addresses may require the courier to leave the package at the security office, and therefore the courier will not be able to deliver to your doorstep.

PAYMENTS VIA HSBC CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Payments made via HSBC-issued credit/debit card may have delays, due to technical issues. Parents are advised not to use HSBC-issued credit/debit cards to avoid these issues.
