Dr. Ghazali Mohamed Fadzil was appointed as President of Librarians Association of Malaysia (PPM). He is a dreamer with a definite plan to make this world a better place using his expertise in Information and Knowledge Management that slowly moving into adult learning. He is passionate about his information and knowledge management works and committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise in the area to help organisations to implement information and knowledge management programme successfully. For him, the knowledge process is not sequential and knowledge is contextual, whereas KM is more about organic people and culture rather than technology. Reading, photography and travelling are among others that he is passionate about. He is a positive person with the philosophy that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses and I rather think and see the strengths in people. |
