Raneetha Rajaratnam is Director, Children and Reading, at the National Library Board (NLB) of Singapore. She leads NLB’s efforts to nurture reading from the early years and strengthen reading as a lifelong habit across Singapore. Her work includes shaping programmes, services and partnerships that support children, families and communities in building positive reading habits and meaningful engagement with books. Her past achievements include developing Read@School, NLB’s flagship service to over 300 primary and secondary schools, and overseeing her team’s development of Book Bugs, NLB’s popular reading incentive programme for children. |
