Prof. Dr. Namtip is the President of the International Library and Information Science Society(I-LISS), President of the Thailand Literacy Association, Chair of the International Development Asia Committee (IDAC) of the International Literacy Association (ILA), and Vice-President of the Thai Library Association. She heads research projects with the support of the National Research Council of Thailand such as the Thailand DOI Service Center, Digital Archives and Digital Repository Standards and an author of many Thai books in Library and Information Science. She lectures at the Department of Information Science, School of Liberal Arts, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Thailand. |
