Peter Schoppert is a publisher and reformed technology entrepreneur. He is Director of the NUS Press, the scholarly publishing arm of the National University of Singapore. Peter started in publishing with illustrated books packager Times Editions and later Editions Didier Millet where he worked on photo books and illustrated reference projects across the region. From there he went to the internet business, all the way to a NASDAQ IPO, before going B2B, back to books. After a stint with McKinsey, he rejoined the publishing industry 12 years ago. He is past President of the Singapore Book Publishers Association and writes on generative AI at aicopyright.substack.com |
