Muhammad Hilmi bin Ismail currently serves as the Headmaster of SK Felda Inas. He holds a Bachelor of Education with Honours in Social Studies and has extensive professional experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and English language education. Prior to his current appointment, he served as an English Language Supervisor at the Academic Sector of Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Johor and later as an Assistant Director at the Student Development Sector of the same department. Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to various state and national educational initiatives focusing on English Language Teaching (ELT), student development, and educational innovation. Muhammad Hilmi has been actively involved in organizing professional trainings, workshops, and conferences including JELTA and MELTA conferences for English Language Teachers (ELTs). His expertise extends to the implementation of ProELT courses, KSSR and CEFR-Aligned Curriculum initiatives, FINCO programs, and national-level educational programs under the Ministry of Education Malaysia. He has also contributed as a member of the MOE English Lab involving Highly Immersive Programme (HIP) and Dual Language Programme (DLP) initiatives, while supporting international assessment-related programs such as TIMSS and PISA. In addition, he has been involved in Newspaper in Education (NiE) initiatives and the integration of Generative AI in education through platforms such as Pickatale. Among his notable recognitions is the Best Project Presentation Award in NPQEL Colloquium by Aminuddin Baki Institute, reflecting his commitment towards innovation, transformative leadership, and future-ready education. |
