She coaches, mentors, and conducts Professional Development Courses for teachers. She is also an Elite Partner for several Primary and Secondary Schools and is actively involved in the School Transformation Program (TS25). Having completed her Masters In Arts (English Literature) in University Malaya she has been passionately involved in promoting SPM Literature both in schools and universities. In her capacity as the National Master Trainer for SPM Literature she promotes the subject and shares the content and pedagogy at state and national level through various platforms. She believes that as an educator, she must continuously improve herself and learn new trends in teaching. Reaching out to teachers who need support in their teaching, both in English Language and Literature, she shares her knowledge generously to ensure that quality learning takes place. This would ensure that more students take up English Literature as a subject as learning literature is an enriching experience which should not be missed. |
