Motivating students and making learning meaningful to them has been debated widely even before the covid-19 pandemic. However, its significance has been vividly experienced as teachers now find it challenging to engage with their students, especially with the ever changing and evolving circumstances of education.
This also relates to how students are now encouraged to find motivation in learning, beyond the accustomed context of examinations and memorization. Therefore, I will be highlighting some valuable insights on how both students and teachers can learn from one another not just to inspire, but to create a meaningful experience together.
