Lim Kah Cheng currently the Private Education Director at MCOE – the Methodist Council of Education that owns all Wesley Methodist Schools both private and international, and The Methodist College Kuala Lumpur (MCKL). He directs and manages the educational ministries towards the achievement of the MCOE’s philosophy, vision, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.

Prior to his service at MCOE, Kah Cheng spent 16 years at the Pembanguan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) in Malaysia, which is a government agency under the Ministry of Human Resources. During his tenure, he was the Chief operating Officer (COO), Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Corporate Services, General Manager, Corporate Affairs and Human Resource Division, General Manager, SME Division, and a Research & Development Manager. His experience includes leading and strategizing, formulating, and directing in all human resources related matters.

He had also worked in a different setting in his early years for 12 years with MNCs named Sony Electronics, Motorola Semiconductors and On Semiconductor.

He graduated from the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) with a technology degree and gained his MBA from the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He is also a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of People Development (FCiPD, UK) and a fellow certified practitioners HR (FCPHR) of the Australia Institute of Human Resources (AHRI).
