Kasvini Muniandy is a Guru Cemerlang Bahasa Inggeris with 8 years of experience teaching in Malaysian public schools. She graduated with a B.Ed in TESL from the Penang Institute of Teachers' Training and is currently pursuing her postgraduate studies in Universiti Sains Malaysia. As a YSEALI alumna, she has collaborated with young leaders and educators throughout South East Asia in various leadership training and literary programmes. In terms of teacher training, Kasvini has served as a CEFR district master trainer to empower educators with essential tools and methodologies tailored to the CEFR-aligned curriculum. She has also lent her expertise as a PRO-ELT facilitator, guiding fellow teachers towards enhanced proficiency in English Language Teaching practices. Apart from that, she has designed and developed modules for district and state special interest groups. Beyond her pedagogical endeavours, she has also dabbled in the performing arts as an acting coach, choreographer, and production manager in projects featured in the George Town Festival. She also has a penchant for poetry and storytelling. |
